Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving their order.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include all accessories and original packaging.

  • Products that are damaged or show signs of abnormal use will not be accepted unless the issue is a manufacturing defect or a mistake from the company.

  • Return process steps:

    1. Contact Elephant Baby customer service to submit a return or exchange request.

    2. The product will be collected and inspected by our quality team.

    3. Once approved, the customer will either receive a refund via the original payment method or a replacement product, based on their preference.

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or company error, Elephant Baby will cover the shipping fees. In all other cases, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
