Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving their order.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include all accessories and original packaging.
Products that are damaged or show signs of abnormal use will not be accepted unless the issue is a manufacturing defect or a mistake from the company.
Return process steps:
Contact Elephant Baby customer service to submit a return or exchange request.
The product will be collected and inspected by our quality team.
Once approved, the customer will either receive a refund via the original payment method or a replacement product, based on their preference.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or company error, Elephant Baby will cover the shipping fees. In all other cases, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
